Hard Drive been wiped status is RAW disk; it will show as "uninitialized "in Windows Disk Management; it cannot be used for storing data or installing system. We would like to call it factory reset of disk.
Uninitialized disk cannot be recognized by File Explorer unless we Initialize it to GPT or MBR disk in Disk Management
